Phillips Planning and Development (PPDL) was established in 2004 as an independent town planning and development consultancy providing professional advice to a wide range of clients including homeowners, landowners, house builders / developers, numerous business and commercial organisations.
The company has also branched out into providing specialist advice on rural matters for the farming community and horticultural businesses. PPDL also has considerable experience in leisure developments, equestrian schemes and renewable energy projects.
John has over 20 years' experience both in the public and private sectors together with extensive experience of the house building industry and was latterly a director of a national planning and property company.
The practice offers impartial professional planning and development advice to provide a first class service at reasonable cost, and to ensure that each client is treated equally whether it is a small or large project. Our belief is to “get it right first time” which always requires a detailed site visit and a clear understanding of our clients aspirations from the outset.
The company has expanded with new offices in Nailsea and can now also offer in house architectural advice. Our expertise is primarily within Southern England and South Wales but more specifically within a 50 mile radius of Bristol.
